“Know Your Business Customer” (KYBC): Platforms must verify the identity of professional property advertisers (e.g., estate agents, agencies, brokers, brokerages) before allowing them to list properties. We do this by requesting a copy of either your Passport, ID Card, Driver’s License, Facial Recognition, email address and VAT Number.
