# Listing For Sale, Rent or Auction

Submitting a property listing for sale, rent or auction is a simple step by step process, view a regular listing [demo here](https://www.commercialproperty.eu/property/demo-listing-london-sw1a-2aa-united-kingdom/).

- You must be logged into an Agent or Agency account to [Submit] a property.

1. **Address:** Type the complete address again and select property address from drop down list including postcode and country, if available.
2. **Country:** Select the country your property is located from the drop down list.
3. **State:** Select the state/ region or county your property is located from the drop down list.
4. **City:** Select the city if available from drop down list.
5. **Zip Code:** Enter zip code of property if there is one.
6. **Map:** "Place pin in address above" - click this button to place the map pin in the address location you have inputted in the [Location] section.
7. **Street View: **Select whether or not you want [street view] on or off on your property details page - feature coming soon.
8. **Property Description:** enter the property information.
9. **Type:** Select the category your property best suits.
10. **Status:** Select For Sale/ Rent or Auction.
11. **Sale or Rent Price:** Enter the For Sale, Rental price or Auction price. Note enter the price in the format "12000000" not "12,000,000" leave out the "commas" else the price search filter won`t display the property.
12. **After Price:** Enter for example "Monthly".
13. **Price Prefix:** Enter for example "Guide Price".
14. **Details:** Enter [Area/ Building Size] in metres squared/ [Year Built]/ how many [Floors], select [Tenure] and approximate [Yield].
15. **Additional Details:** Enter [Title] ie. "Parking" and [Value] ie. "20 Spaces" .  Click [Add New] to add another detail. Drag to order.
16. **Features:** Select the features that apply to your property.
17. **Energy Class:** Enter the energy profile details of the property.
18. **Property Documents:** Upload upto 2 downloadable property attachments ie. property brochures in formats .jpg/ .png or .pdf drag and drop attachments into upload box or browse attachments and upload. Drag to order.
19. **Media:** Upload upto 20 property images, drag and drop into the upload box or select/ browse images and upload, images will appear in order of there upload, you can later order them by dragging and arranging them in order. Note image minimum size is 1440px x 900px otherwise they will not upload. Please name your images appropriately as this name appears as a popup title on the property details page.
20. **Video:** You can embed a Youtube video on your listing by inserting the video URL in the input box.
21. **Private Note:** Enter a note about the property that wont be seen on the frontend by public.
22. **GDPR Agreement:** Click box to agree to having Final Frontier Limited store and process your submitted data - [Save]
