Estate agents/ brokers may join the site independent of there agency/ brokerage in order to generate leads and close deals. If your estate agency/ brokerage later sets up an account on our site you can contact support and they will associate your agent/ broker account with your agency/ brokerage. To apply for an agent/ broker account click the [Register] link or avatar icon on mobile at the top of the page, enter [username] your username can be your name ie. JohnDoe or JohnDDoe of course it can be anything you wish it to be but its best in name format as this will be the url of your agent/ broker profile page – [www.commercialproperty.eu/agent/johndoe] / enter your [email address], click the OTP [one-time passcode], you will be sent by email, a 5 digit numeric code, input this into Registration field, select [user account type], click the [Terms and Conditions] box, then click the [Register] button.
* All agent/ broker accounts are manually reviewed before being made live, the email address you use to join as a real estate agent must be from a registered company domain, in order to pass verification. Generic email addresses like gmail.com will not pass verification.
You will receive an email containing your [username] and [password] to your inbox. You will not be able to [Login] until your [account] has been approved by site admin, if approved or disapproved you will receive a second email informing you of the decision usually within 24/48 hours of application.
If your account is approved you will be able to [Login] using the [username] and [password] you received in the original email. Click the the [Login] link or avatar icon on mobile at the top of the page, enter [Login] credentials, click the [Login] button, the page will refresh and you will see an avatar image at the top right of the page , click to view [user menu], select [profile] fill in your details as required, change [password] if suits.
If it appears that you have not received an email from our site, check your [Junk] or [Spam] folder for the email.
