You can post properties for sale, rent or auction under an estate agency/ brokerage account and/or add estate agents/ brokers from your control panel who can post properties under individual agent/ broker accounts attached to your agency/ brokerage account. To apply for a real estate agency/ brokerage account – click the [Register] link or avatar icon on mobile at the top of the page, enter [username] – your username can be your company name ie. Agency / AgencyIreland / AgencyUK, of course it can be anything you wish it to be but its best in company name format as this will be the url of your agency profile page – [www.commercialproperty.eu/agency/agencyuk/] enter your [email address], click the OTP [one-time passcode], you will be sent by email, a 5 digit numeric code, input this into Registration field, select [user account type], click the [Terms and Conditions] box, then click the [Register] button.
* All agency/ brokerage accounts are manually reviewed before being made live, the email address you use to join as an real estate agency/ brokerage must be from a registered company domain, in order to pass verification. Generic email addresses like gmail.com will not pass verification.
You will receive an email containing your [username] and [password] to your inbox. You will not be able to [Login] until your [account] has been approved by site admin, if approved or disapproved you will receive a second email informing you of the decision usually within 24/ 48 hours of application.
If your account is approved you will be able to [Login] using the [username] and [password] you received in the original email. Click the [Login] link or avatar icon on mobile at the top of the page, enter [Login] credentials, click the [Login] button, the page will refresh and you will see an image at the top of the page , click to view [user menu], select [profile] fill in your details as required, change [password] if suits.
If it appears that you have not received an email from our site, check your [Junk] or [Spam] folder for the email.
